Toolriver is a small house of focused single-purpose tools. The ten local tools — PDF merge & split, image compression, CSV/JSON conversion, word counting, case conversion, QR generation, color picking, Markdown-to-HTML, unit conversion, and password generation — run entirely in your browser using nothing but client-side JavaScript. Your files and text never leave your device, so there's no upload, no account, and no cost.
The five AI tools — summarize, rewrite, translate, draft an email, and clean a transcript — send only the text you choose through a metered server-side proxy to a language model. The provider key is held on the server and is never exposed to your browser. Each tool starts free each day and then draws from one shared credit wallet across the whole site.
